SOLD: 1968 Mercedes Benz 250SL
This example needs to be seen and driven to be appreciated. It is finished in rare Mercedes “Dark Green” over tan, with an automatic transmission and factory Kuhlmeister A/C. It has always been serviced as needed, and recently received a front suspension rebuild by the Mercedes dealer in Traverse City, MI. They replaced worn bushings, shocks, torsion bars and a lower A-arm. It drives and presents well and is a very nice example. The paint has been re-applied in recent years and it has just received a careful detail to protect and restore the new paint shine.
This SL has been driven sparingly in the last few years and needs a new owner who will enjoy and use it. As anyone who knows these SL models can attest, they are some of the nicest driving convertibles ever made. The legendary Mercedes build quality is evident throughout and adds to the overall enjoyment of ownership.
