SOLD: 1988 Mercedes Benz 560SL 1,859 Miles

The mileage and condition of this 560SL says it all: 1,859 miles from new and still in “as new” condition.  Not titled until 1995, this 560SL stayed on MSO and was displayed by the dealer in Arizona.  It was then sold to a Nevada collector in 1995 (when it was first titled) and subsequently sold to us in 2006.  It has covered a mere 112 miles since we’ve taken ownership and has remained in covered, climate controlled storage at all times.  All books are intact and included.  All original factory tags and labels are present and in excellent shape.  The underside is still covered in the factory-applied cosmoline and displays all of the original inspection markings and tags.  The muffler has never gotten hot enough to burn off the original factory tag. The original tool kit is still sealed in its factory plastic bag.  The books and ‘remove before delivery’ tags are included as is the salesman card and cassette tape welcoming you to your new Mercedes.  It is truly a one of a kind vehicle in exceptional condition.
